07 - 13 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 2WD/4WD 5" Rear Lowering Coils

Give the 2007-2013 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 2WD/4WD a cleaner rear stance with Trekline lowering coils engineered as a direct replacement for the factory rear springs. This pair targets an approximately 5-inch rear drop without cutting or heating the stock coils.

Rear Drop: Approximately 5 inches

What’s Included:

  • Pair of rear lowering / drop coil springs

Vehicle Fitment:

  • 2007-2013 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 2WD / 4WD

Important Fitment & Installation Notes:

  • This is a deep-drop coil-only package. Shorter shocks or properly matched shock extenders are required.
  • Verify whether a trailing-arm / rear suspension relocation kit is required for your exact vehicle and final ride height; Trekline also lists relocation-package versions for many 5- and 6-inch applications.
  • If equipped with factory AutoRide / Air-Ride, use the correct rear sensor-rod kit for the vehicle and drop amount.
  • The advertised drop is referenced from factory-stock OEM ride height. Worn or sagged original springs can change the measured difference from the vehicle’s current height.
  • After installation, verify bump-stop clearance, brake-hose slack, driveline angles, tire/body clearance and perform a road-test inspection.
  • A rear trailing arm relocator kit is required with this deep-drop rear coil setup. Lowering the rear 5 inches or more changes the operating angle and position of the rear suspension arms. The relocator corrects the mounting geometry so the suspension can operate properly at the new ride height.

    Relocator kit sold separately.

Why use purpose-built rear lowering coils? A matched drop spring keeps the coil shape and spring behavior controlled for the intended lower ride height, giving the suspension a more predictable foundation than modified factory springs.

AutoRide / Auto-Leveling Equipped? Vehicles equipped with the factory AutoRide / automatic rear-leveling system should use the matching shorter rear sensor rods after lowering. Add the correct 2007-2013 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 AutoRide Rear Sensor Rod Kit here.
