Fitment Notes:
- Fits models with coil spring suspension only. Verify suspension configuration before ordering.
- Alignment required after installation. Alignment kit may be required depending on application and spacer lift height.
- Longer shocks or shock extenders are recommended when running a 2" or larger coil spacer lift.
- 2004 applications must be the F-150 Heritage body style; does not fit the 2004 new-body F-150.
