This Trekline Motorsports adjustable rear hanger-and-shackle package is built specifically for the 1999-2006 Chevrolet / GMC 1500 2WD / 4WD and combines both leaf-spring mounting points to create an approximately 2-4-inch rear drop. The matched components provide more lowering range than a hanger alone while keeping the suspension layout serviceable and vehicle-specific.
