This Trekline Motorsports bolt-on rear C-notch is designed to restore valuable axle-to-frame travel on lowered trucks and SUVs, especially vehicles using an axle flip or other deep rear drop. Heavy plate-steel components reinforce the modified frame area while providing the clearance needed for proper suspension travel.

Important Fitment & Installation Notes:
- 2019 fitment is CLASSIC BODY ONLY; use the newer-body 2019-2023 notch for new-body trucks.
- For lowered rear suspension/axle-flip applications; it does not lower the truck itself.
- Frame cutting is required. Professional installation is recommended.
- After installation, verify axle clearance, bump-stop contact, brake-line slack, driveline clearance and all fastener torque before road use.
